Scientific name: Lantana camera
A weed, but a treat to the beholder's eyes! It is an invasive weed which overpowers the local plants and establishes well. Native to American tropics and extensively got introduced all over the world as an ornamental plant. The flower is attracted by a large number of butterflies and black pearl like seeds are disbursed by birds. This picture was captured on a rainy morning at the fence of Sims Park, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, India.
